With all of our support, per hour design & support work, we charge in increments of 5 hour blocks. This does not mean we charge a minimum of 5 hours for a task, it simply means from a billing perspective we charge 5 hours at a time, then you can use those 5 hours for a range of tasks and it will be deducted from your balance.
